- Contact us within 14 days of your fitting appointment.
- Provide your receipt or proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Refunds or Adjustments:
- After inspection, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds are limited to the cost of the product or service and exclude any additional services performed.
Exclusions:
- Issues arising from misuse, road hazards, or improper maintenance are not covered.
- Return requests beyond the 14-day period cannot be accepted.
